m Cubed Umbrella Funds
m Cubed Employee Benefits has five registered Umbrella Funds namely: Associates Provident Fund, Infinity Pension and Provident Fund and Outsourced Solutions Pension and Provident Fund.
The affairs of these Umbrella Funds are managed by the Board of trustees, Audit and Administration, Death and Risk, investment and Communication and Training Sub- committees. In order to observe a good Governance and avoid conflict of interest the trustees have appointed services of two independent trustees and appointed a Full Time Principal Officer, paid by the members who is responsible for day to day running of these Funds.
