If you are not an m Cubed Payroll client already then ask yourself the following questions, and if are unsure of your answers, you may want to consider contacting us:
- Is your payroll data completely confidential? Payroll information is sensitive and you don't want employees knowing what others are earning.
- Each period, is your payroll produced accurately, on time and with minimal errors?
- Do you have the correct procedures implemented to pickup and prevent payroll fraud?
- Are you fully compliant to South African Revenue Services - SARS or to the Department of Labour? Have you ever paid penalties or interest for not being fully compliant?
- Have you ever submitted your EMP201's, UIF Submissions or third party payments late?
- Have you ever missed the deadline to submit the Equity Reports, SETA Reports or your EMP501 forms?
- Is there complete security for your backup data? Can it be easily retrievable?
- Do you know the time spent or the total cost of administering your payroll? How much have you incurred on software charges, stationery costs, administration salaries and training of your personnel?
- Have you invested time and money in a backup staff should your payroll administrator be off ill or is on leave?
- Does your General Ledger journal entry balance accurately each period?
- Is your payroll administrator up to date and fully trained to implement all legislative and tax changes?
